Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to provide water or power?
Yes, we do require access to a standard water source (outdoor spigot) and a power outlet (110V) at your location. Please make sure these are accessible before your appointment.
How long does a detail take?
It depends on the package and the condition of the vehicle. Most details are completed within 4 hours or less.
Can you remove scratches?
Yes, our Standard and Advanced Detail packages include machine polishing to remove light to moderate clear coat scratches and swirl marks.
